Directions : Start by exfoliating your lips with the OFF Cleanser & Remover. Splash with water and pat dry. Line your lips with the included liner brush (optional). Massage a small amount of Shine Moisturizer into your lips thoroughly until absorbed. Use a tissue or cloth to wipe the color applicator tip to control the amount of color you want. This gives you the ability to control the shade of color if desired. Apply with a smooth even stroke in one direction. This insures that your color goes on even up to 3 layers. New users will Feel the Tingle. This tingling is from the botanical herbs and corn grain alcohol exfoliating your lips. And is not felt after the first week of using LIP INK Lip Stain. Finish with a layer of Shine Moisturizer if desired for that added glossy look.
