CLEANING
After usage, remove any leftover dough from the back of the disc;
Soaking the disc for two days in water

METHOD For Cavatappi Shape Disc, Macaroni Shape Disc, Gnocchi Shape Disc, Conchiglia Shape Disc
For dough, use HOT water.
Allow the dough to rest for a few minutes.
Extrude twice: any Philips disc has done this the first time with thick and large holes.
Extrude using formed discs after cutting the spaghetti short and re-inserting it.
Cut shapes with a shape cutter.
