Montolit Superlift Material Handling System for Large Format Porcelain
From Montolit, the ‘SUPERSTICK’ Tile Handling System is designed for handling and positioning of the latest generation large format (300×150 cm) porcelain stoneware slabs. The overall dimensions of the complete frame are designed to allow the removal of the tile slabs from the special packaging crates which carry them. Made of galvanized steel to resist wear and corrosion, the 'SuperStick' enables the movement of the tile slabs in both horizontal and vertical positions. The telescopic handles allow a more ergonomic grip and the 'SuperStick' carrying frame is equipped with telescopic feet to allow support on the ground so that the tile is held in the frame without being damaged.

The 'SuperStick' comes with four 8" non-marking suction cups that are equipped with a vacuum safety gauge that indicates the force of suction is applied to the tile slab. The suction cups can be positioned according to the size of the tile slab together with the workings that are realized in the plate (holes, indentations, etc.). In the case of thin/reduced thickness tile slabs, additional suction cups can be added to avoid flexing to the tiles. This is suitable for lifting, carrying and installing porcelain slabs up to 8mm in thickness. For full slabs, we recommend two additional suction cups to prevent accidental damage to the slabs. Max load is 176 lbs (80 Kg).
