How to Calibrate the Thermometer
1. Fill a large container with water and measure the temperature of water with an electronic thermometer
2. Put the thermometer probe into the water
3. Adjust the calibration screw until the reading is consistent with the temperature of the water
4. Take out the thermometer and finish the calibration
