Note:

(1) The body must be placed outside the oven, grill, and smoker.

(2) The wire probe and the original probe cannot be used together. When using a wire probe, retract and lock the original probe.

Calibration And Hold Function:

ake a glass of ice water filled with ice cubes, insert the probe into the cup, making sure that its tip contacts the ice cubes underwater. After obtaining the final temperature of the ice water, press and hold the "CAL" key for 5 seconds until "CAL" flashes on the display. The number will then flash, allowing you to adjust the number to 0°C (32°F). Press the "C/F" button to increase the value, press the "HOLD" button to decrease the value. The number will continue to flash for 35 seconds, during which you should complete the adjustment of the number. Confirm your adjustment only when the number stops flashing, which means the calibration is complete. Do not remove the probe before the digits stop flashing, otherwise it may cause accuracy error.
