How to Adjust the Cream Concentration

1. Turn off the separator power switch to stop separation.

2. After the separator stops rotating (note: it cannot be stopped manually), remove all parts in turn.

3. Adjust the screw, tighten the screw to the right to make the butter thinner, and tighten the screw to the left to make it thicker.

Notes

1. The cross pin of the separator bowl should be stuck in the motor slot.

2. When cleaning the separation bowl, loosen the nut, take out all parts, wash them with hot water several times, wipe them dry, and then install them in the original order.

3. Before adding fresh milk at a proper temperature, please ensure that the machine is in working condition. The white switch lever in the milk pan is closed.

4. Please preheat the drum before the operation, otherwise, the separated cream will be easily blocked in the drum, especially in winter.

5. Only fresh milk can be separated. Processed dairy products sold in supermarkets cannot be separated.

6. Do not put water and milk into the motor.

7. Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement. Please make sure you do not mind before you order.
