User Manual:

2.Plug the cigarette lighter directly into cigarette lighter socket.
3.Tear off the double-sided adhesive tape and stick it to your car or any other clean and dry surface. Then turn it on.
4.Open the app and connect the app to the light bars via Bluetooth. Finally, you can design your colors and modes all by yourself on your phone.
