ProductDescription : The self-powered, inline PoE-T100 tester tests 2- or 4-pair PoE, PoE+, PoE++, Passive PoE (802.3af/at/bt), and DC power supplies. It can accelerate the installation and troubleshooting of PoE powered equipment by identifying key information such as PSE type, polarity, voltage, current, and power for End Span or Midspan configurations across all four pairs. The device features three modes. It can act as an end device (PD Mode), simulating a PD with a built-in 802.3bt PD, or operate in (Inline Mode) to allow end units to negotiate power with each other. In (DC Mode), it can test a DC power supply between 12 – 57vdc. Additionally, the device can differentiate between standard PoE (36 to 57V) and non-standard (12 to 57V) passive PoE. For inline power level monitoring, the large, bright screen displays voltage, current, power, powered pairs, and PoE standard. The device requires no batteries or external power supplies, as it is powered by the connected device.
