ProductDescription : Doxie’s paper pad is a rubber and metal pad that applies pressure to stacks of paper as they scan, allowing Doxie’s automatic feeder and rollers to “grab” one sheet a time. It may need to be replaced if you start to see recurring feeding issues that did not routinely occur previously (specifically, double feeding or paper not starting to feed at all). We estimate that the paper pad has a 30,000 scan life before it needs to be replaced.

Note: A replacement paper pad is already included with Doxie Pro. If your Doxie Pro is relatively new, you definitely don’t need a replacement paper pad or pick roller.
