INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Lift the handle to the up position to release pressure from the knife.
2. Remove the two screws securing the knife and the support plate from the knife holder.
3. Remove and discard the old knife.
4. Place a new knife on the knife holder.
5. Place the plate on top of the knife.
6. Fasten new knife and support plate to the knife holder with two screws and hand tighten.
