A: for New HDD/SSD, please format it first;For used drive, you might need either totally format the original disk and delete the hide partition or use another HDD to re-test it;

A: This is a compatiblility switch. It can fix the shutdown or sleep model or hard drive not be recognized problems by changing the switch position;
