Installing our rim strip requires no special tools. Start by using the included rubbing alcohol wipe to thoroughly clean the edge of each rim, ensuring it’s free of dust and debris. After drying, apply the adhesive promoter with the provided glove, moving quickly around the wheel rims. Let it dry until tacky, then peel back a small section and press the trim onto the edge, gradually peeling the liner as you go for a smooth application. Once in place, press firmly to secure the bond. Trim any excess length, then use the clear adhesive strip to seal the ends for a seamless finish. Allow the adhesive to cure for 24h-48h for the best results, avoiding heavy contact with the wheels during this time.
