The Supermicro SuperServer 2028TP-HC1TR is a high-performance, dense 2U rackmount server designed for demanding enterprise workloads, featuring four hot-pluggable nodes. Each node is equipped with dual-socket R3 (LGA 2011) support for Xeon E5-2600 v4/v3 processors, up to 2TB ECC 3DS LRDIMM DDR4-2400MHz across 16 DIMM slots, and a PCI-E 3.0 x16 slot for expandability. Management is streamlined with integrated IPMI 2.0 and dedicated LAN. Storage options include six 2.5" hot-swap SAS/SATA HDD bays managed by a Broadcom 3108 SAS3 controller with RAID support (0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, 60). The system is powered by redundant 2000W power supplies for reliability in mission-critical environments.
