Note:

1. The thermometer does not have the value zero degrees at room temperature, i.e. even if the minimum scale is zero degrees, the needle does not show to zero degrees.

2. Place the thermometer on the bottom of the pan or in the middle of the pan. Do not put food during the test.
3. Do not hang the thermometer on the heat pipe; the temperature of the heat pipe is higher than the temperature of the can, but not necessarily the correct temperature of the can.

4. Different ovens have different temperatures at different angles.
