The Colourfix surface is extremely receptive to all pastels and holds layers and layers of color. Sheets are 20 x 28 and are available in 16 fantastic colors. Colourfix papers are sheets of 140lb acid free hot press paper that has been screen printed with Colourfix primer. The primer is acrylic based; so Colourfix can be used with watercolor acrylic and oil washes before you apply your pastel. It is also excellent for charcoal and pastels.Colourfix Leaf Green Dark is a mid value earthy green.
