USE AND CARE:

Cleaning: Never use soap on unglazed stoneware. Simply scrape off any remaining food particles and scrub under hot water. Towel or air dry.
Thermal shock: As with all stoneware, do not expose the Superstone Pie and Pizza Baker to extremes in temperature. For instance, do not place a refrigerated dough into a preheated baker. Allow the dough to get to room temperature before placing it in the baker.

Temperature: May be used in oven temperature 500°F+.
