Introduction:
Test Finger Nail meets the standard requirements of IEC60335 UL1025 UL1278 UL507.
The Test Finger Nail is a wide range of probes to meet the most common standards including those from IEC, EN, UL, GB, and others.
Such standards require the checking of accessibility to dangerous parts of home electronics and appliances, toys, tools,
and a host of other products that are intended to be protected by enclosures.
These probes simulate human fingers, tools, and other items that would be hazardous to come in contact with certain parts of products.

Test refers to the use of method
1. With a power supply of not less than 40v and not more than 50v, connect one end of the power supply in series with a light bulb to the wire of the test finger (or pin, rod) and the other end to the sample of the subject;

2. The test point (or pin, rod) is in contact with the sample according to the regulations. The light bulb is not up to standard, otherwise qualified.

The test nail is mainly aimed at whether the non-detachable parts of electric shock or contact moving parts can withstand the mechanical stresses that occur in normal use, so as to reach the specified protective level for testing equipment.
