The Casa Al Forno peel is made of "food grade" aluminum and has a removable wood handle which makes cleaning a breeze. Just remove the handle, wash the metal spatula in warm, soapy water and dry immediately. Do not put it in the dishwasher or use abrasive cleaners. 

 

You can put your foldable small pizza peel and your pizza cutter with cover back in the space-saving box or use the leather loop to hang it with your other pizza making accessories.
