You supply the widemouth jar. I like the widemouth jars because you can get your hand down in them and clean them more thoroughly. This is an excellent and unique design. You simply slide your widemouth mason jar on the chick feeder which is faster and less trouble than the screw-on type. If you are like me anything you can do to save time is worth the investment. If I make an improvement on my farm that saves me 5 minutes a day x 365 days a year = 30.41 hours a year that I can be doing something else.
