ProductDescription : 1) Note the adjustable air pressure valve, there is an arrow pointing left for negative and right for positive. Pull out the valve to unlock. When pushed in, the valve locks. Turn the air adjustment valve counterclockwise or negative to stop. Connect the quick-connect coupler tail hose for pressure cooker adjustment, and the other side connects directly to the quick coupler of the pressure cooker. Press gently on each tail end to make sure they are connected securely.2) Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pressure cooker. Place on a stove without the lid. Heat to moderate temperature or use pre-heated water.3) Remove the pressure cooker from the stove, put in the contents and carefully close the lid (refer to point 4) NOTE: Once the cooker is sealed, do not place it on a stove or heating vessel as this may overpressurize and cause an explosion.4) Carefully close the lid:Place the lid on the pressure cooker, there is an upward facing arrow at the bottom of the handle below and another arrow 1.5 feet to the left edge of the handle of the lid, align the two arrows, press down on the lid and turn one handle to the other until the two come together.5) Turn the valve air pressure (psi) clockwise or positive to supply pressure until the air pressure gauge reaches the desired value. If you need to release the air pressure, just turn counterclockwise or negative. You can adjust from side to side until the desired air pressure is reached. As a quick means of releasing air pressure, you can also press the red button on the lid handle. Do not exceed 30 pounds or injury life safety may result.6) Allow corrective devices to be used for the time recommended by the manufacturer7) Once processed, turn the valve to release pressure in a counterclockwise or negative direction or press the red air pressure regulator valve on the handle. Make sure you have cleared the pressure before opening the lid.
