The hand operated pressure pump is portable, lightweight, lightweight, and easy to use. The structure is designed with a pressure adjustment handle, which can be rotated to easily change the output pressure.

The manual pressure pump (see structural diagram) consists of a handle, piston rod, respirator, pump cover, oil discharge handle, fine adjustment handle, instrument connector, etc. Turn the oil drain handle to close the oil drain valve, hold the pressure pump handle with your hand, repeatedly press and release to drive the piston rod to move back and forth, and after multiple reciprocating movements of the piston rod, an output pressure of 25MPa can be generated.
Matters Needing Attention
Before using the pressure pump, loosen the air and inject an appropriate amount of oil (such as half the volume), then tighten the air, repeatedly grip, release the handle, and exhaust the air from the cylinder. During calibration, pay attention to the sealing of all connections. After calibration, before disassembling the instrument, turn the oil drain handle to open the oil valve, otherwise it is easy to damage the instrument.
