How To Use: 1. Turn the lid opening knob to the left. 2. the lid up.
Note: 1. When closed: If the pressure cooker is not properly covered and sealed, the pressure lock cannot be raised upwards and thus pressure cannot build up inside the cooker. 2. When open: When the pressure inside the pressure cooker rises, the pressure lock automatically locks the lid opening button tightly in place, which prevents the lid from being opened when there is pressure inside the cooker. This prevents the lid from being opened when there is pressure inside the cooker. Only when the pressure inside the cooker has been completely removed (the pressure lock has been fully lowered to the bottom) can the lid opening button be unlocked.
