Provides incomparable fill and build characteristics as a base that produces exceptional top coat hold out, gloss, and distinctness of image (D.O.I.). Sands wet or dry easily. Can be directly topcoated with alkyd enamels, acrylic enamels, alcquers, and basecoat and clearcoat systems. 4:1:1 ratio-four parts primer to one part activator to one part Transtar Urethane Reducer.
