ProductDescription : A low-cost alternative to the PC21 Series, Caplugs PC30-SH Series Yellow Polyester Tapes PC30-2000 are exceptionally suitable in high-temperature applications to mask off areas that do not require coating. They are recommended for powder coating, e-coating and anodizing.
To accommodate varying needs, our PC30-SH Series of tapes are available in a wide range of sizes, with measurements listed by roll width (inches) and length (yards). This particular model has the following specifications: 2" W x 72 Yds L.
The PC30-SH Series is fabricated from a 2 mil thick polyester film that is engineered to withstand temperatures up to 400°F (204° C), making these tapes ideal for elevated temperature masking applications in painting, coating and surface finishing processes. They are also specially constructed with a 1.5 mil thick silicone adhesive that is designed to be removed without leaving an adhesive residue behind upon removal, ensuring a clean and finished surface.
