ProductDescription : The Hypro D50 Repair Kit (D50repairkit) is a combination of the KIT1725 diaphragm repair kit and the KIT1920 valve repair kit. The Hypro D50 repair kit is intended for use on the Hypro D50 diaphragm pump and the D50AP-A pump with thru shaft. The repair kit will work by replacing common wearing parts, such as worn out valves and diaphragms, on your pump. The D50 repair kit comes with 2 diaphragms (part number 9910-650082), 4 valve o-rings (9910-320030), 4 check valves (9910-659050), 1 damper diaphragm (9910-650670), 1 accumulator diaphragm (9910-650520), and 1 oil sight glass o-ring (9910-180101). Note: If the oil in the pump has transformed into a milky gray color, it means it is time to replace your diaphragms. Never run the pump with oil that is mixed with spray. This can ultimately ruin your pump and be the cause of you needing to purchase a whole new pump. Also, if you constantly use your diaphragm pump, it is recommended to replace diaphragms every 3 months or 500 hours and replace valves and o-rings every 6 months or 1000 hours so that the pump will be dependable in the field.
