ProductDescription : Made In The USA. Material: Grade C1144 Steel Heat Treated to Rockwell C62-64. SF drill bushings are replaceable bushings generally used with a liner bushing and lock screw. Use SF bushings when you expect to replace bushings during the tooling's lifetime, or to switch bushings to perform multi-step operations with the same tooling. SF bushings combine the benefits of older S-type slip-renewable and F-type fixed renewable bushings: one side of SF drill bushings feature a lock screw recess for fixed mounting; the other has a locking recess that allows the bushing to slip down, then rotate to lock in place. *Picture shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual product will vary according to drill bushing size. All American Drill Bushing are made in the USA from steel obtained from a domestic steel foundry. Our standard bushings are made of C1144 and heat treated to Rockwell C62-64. Concentricity is held at 0 to .0003 T.I.R maximum for ID sizes of 1/8 to 1/2 and 0 to .0005 T.I.R Max for any other size. A blended Radius on the drill entrance improves drill entry and alignment which prevents tool wear and breakage. All of our products are free of conflict materials of any kind and conform to Reach.
