ProductDescription : IRP1-FPK is a filler panel mounting kit design for RCB1xxx and IRP1xxx Solid, Slotted and DIN Rail Panels. This kit comes with (4) #10-32 x ¾” Screws, (4) #10-32 Cage Nuts and (4) #10 Plastic Spacer. It provides a better way to mount filler panel on an existing RCB1xxx and IRP1xxx solid, slotted or DIN rail panel installation. When use filler panel as a cover panel, filler panel and DIN rail panel required to be install together though the same mounting holes. The disadvantage doing this way is that both filler panel and Din Rail panel have to be unmounted together also. You can’t remove one without removing the other.
IRP1-FPK offers a better alternative. IRP1-FPK can be install on top of an existing installation without sharing the same mounting screws. It comes with (4) #10 plastic spacer which pushes up the filler panel to clears existing mounting screws. Since filler panel is not using the same mounting screws with DIN rail panel, you can remove your filler panel any time without removing existing DIN rail panel behind it. IRP1-FPK works with our RCB1090 1U to 8U filler panels.
