1. It can't cut anchor chain, U-shaped lock, high hardness round steel, alloy with unknown composition, flat iron and stainless steel.

2. When using it, align the upper and lower cutter heads with the straight line of the blade, put the rebar in the middle of the knife, close the oil return switch in a clockwise direction, repeatedly pull the movable handle until the rebar is cut off, then release the oil return switch to reset the upper and lower cutter heads, and finally the operation is completed.
