Rub your body with brooms, soaked in the mixture and lambaste yourselves. You can make regular bath and add the 45-50 ml of extract into the water. You can make a bath for your hands and feet by pouring 45-50 ml of extract into hot water and and keep them immersed in the water for 10-20 minutes.
