BulletPoint1 : This made-in-USA bag will attach to nearly any bicycle saddle: road, mountain, urban, gravel grinder, cross, tandem or recumbent. This bag has a zippered opening for the main compartment and other zippered pockets. You must have 22cm (8-1/2 inches) clearance between seat rails and rear tire, otherwise contact us for an alternative bracket for smaller bicycles. Some saddles, like Brooks or Rivet require the 2311 Wider Rail Adapter.
BulletPoint2 : MODULAR DESIGN—eoGEAR seat bags are modular. You pick a bag and then find a bracket that matches your bicycle size and saddle. You can mix and match different bags on the same bracket. Get a smaller bag (i.e. 2.3) for training rides or “good weather” century rides or a larger bag (6.6, 6.8 or 9.3) for longer events.
BulletPoint3 : MAIN COMPARTMENT—It opens like clamshell with a zipper. Includes 2 dividers. This main compartment designed to hold clothing, food & gear. It easily holds a rain jacket, compact rain pants (i.e. Rainlegs), a couple of tubes, repair kit, food stuffs etc. The bag is very compressible, so when you are wearing much of your clothing (i.e. night riding), the bag squishes down, so the remaining contents don't rattle around.
BulletPoint4 : POCKETS—The outside zippered pocket is a good spot to stow oft needed items like snacks, drink mixes, small mini pump or tools. IIt also has a slot for a stylus or pen. Inside this pocket is another “slip” pocket for cash and/or I.D. Under the main compartment lid is another zippered pocket for flat items and has a key lanyard to secure your car keys during your event.
BulletPoint5 : CONSTRUCTION—The exterior of the bag is constructed of rugged 400-denier Nylon Pack cloth or 420-denier Ripstop Nylon fabric (with a water-repellent coating on the inside of the fabric — we don’t use cheap polyester fabrics like some imported bags). The main compartment has heavy-duty #8 water-repellent zipper (opens from the front, so you can use it for stowing an external light battery packs). All sides of the bag have reflective strips for use in dim light or night riding.

Saddle Compatibility
This adapter mounts to the seat rail of most saddles, however Brooks and Selle An-Atomica require a “Wide Rail” adapter. (eoGEAR # 2311)

To determine which saddle bracket is best for your size bike frame, visit this page. Frames smaller than 56cm may not work with this saddlebag system as the bag may rub on the rear wheel.
