ProductDescription : The Pellet Pro Elite 12" Hopper Assembly is designed for heavy home or commercial use. We at Smoke Daddy Inc are always striving to improve on our Pellet Pro products and one of the largest complaints is the “floppiness” of the auger motor. After researching this, we determined that by changing the way the auger motor is mounted, this would result in a more consistent feed rate and help reduce auger jams in addition to reducing stress on the auger motor gear box. In the meantime, we also decided to upgrade to a heaver duty gear box. With our exclusive Pellet Pro PID Controller & universal mounting capabilities, the controller can be switched to either side of the hopper, thus can be mounted on both the left and right side of your application! All you need to mount this into your existing or custom pellet grill, is a rectangular hole 4-1/2″ by 5-1/2″. NEW! 120v Outlet and USB Chargers mounted on the back of the hopper for additional convenience! This hopper assembly is 12″ from the center of the burn pot to the mounting edge of hopper in order for the burnpot to be as close to the center of the application as possible. Each Hopper Assembly is carefully taken out of its packaging, is visually inspected, then is bench tested to ensure each functions properly. We then repackage every hopper in our own designed packaging which protects them from damage during the process of shipping.Disclaimer: Since the hopper assembly is designed to be used with custom smoker applications, Smoke Daddy Inc is not responsible for any damage to the smoker caused by the hopper assembly.
