Today, these irons come in an assortment of interesting patterns, such as this lovely daisy design. Our Rosette Molds are made from a cast aluminum alloy, so they are lightweight for easy handling around hot oil, and durable. Design allows for the rosette cookie to slide easily off the mold after frying (Irons should be seasoned properly in hot oil prior to first use).
