Use round dies with a die wrench (not included). Simply insert the fastening screw into the die's slot and tighten. Machine taps are compatible with drill presses, tapping machines, CNC, and milling machines.
To enhance durability, it is recommended to use tapping oil while working with threads. Apply suitable lubricating oil to the cutting edge of the dies and taps during the tapping process.

Tips for Round Dies:

Chamfer the end of the bar at a 1*45 degree angle. Avoid excessive chamfering.
The bar diameter should be slightly smaller (about 0.05mm-0.15mm) than the nominal diameter of the desired thread. An excessively larger diameter can lead to difficulties in cutting and potentially damage the die teeth.
Reverse the direction of the die every 1/4~1/2 turn to facilitate chip discharge from the chip hole.
When tapping, add lubricating oil to the cutting edge and repeat the operation 3-4 times until the desired thread length is achieved. When using by hand, apply even force and avoid applying excessive pressure.
