The angle offer a more ergonomic platform that having the synth lying flat on it's back. The stand attaches and hooks over the top of the synth and then a locking pin indexes it into the back of the unit which makes this a stable platform and an ideal solution for those who perform live. Includes 4 small round self adhesive silicone type round pads to help keep the stands from sliding around. For those of you who are heavy-handed when you paly your synths, you can apply velcro type material to the flat surface on the mounting location where it meets the synth and also underneath the mount where it attaches to your desk.
