Modeled after the Littman Master Cardiology model you get the function without the price. Littman's patent has run out on this design which has allowed us to use their engineering to build a stethoscope in China that comes very close to it in function without the price tag. We also back our model with a lifetime warranty and include 2 sets of the best-selling most highly rated Cherry Soft eartips and extra diaphragms and retaining rings inside every box. You will be very impressed with this stethoscope and we will always make things right no matter how long you own it. That said you will never go wrong owning a 3M Littman model and you will be supporting a great American company. Our model will never be as perfect as a Littman but if you are a med student and funds are limited as they were for me 30 years ago this is a very nice alternative. You can always upgrade to a Littman once you graduate and the $$$ is rolling in. In all honesty, I can not tell much difference in function between our model and Littman. Our tubing is bi-channel and not as flawless cosmetically but it still does its job when it comes to function. We have made improvements with each production and I promise if you give this one a try you will be impressed. Read the reviews carefully because there are many good honest ones before our competitor began gaming the system with fake reviews after we began warning others to check things out on Fakespot.

2) Looks and function are very similar to the Littman Master Cardiology model. Our warranty is for life compared to 10 years for the Littman.. Unique design that combines the acoustic response of a traditional bell and diaphragm into a convenient one-sided chest piece. Bell-type low frequency response is achieved by simply holding the chest piece in place with light pressure.

5) Stainless steel binaural instead of the cheaper softer aluminum that other Chinese models use. We also have added ear tip attachment using Littmans patented design. Their patent ran out in 2016. You need to use stainless steel to cut these deeper grooves and not aluminum to be able to use this method. Thin threads are the only thing that will work with cheaper aluminum but these hold on to the push on PVC ear-tips very poorly. We use our own proprietary siliconized Cherry Soft ear tips.
