Designed for suction and higher pressure applications, the Hypro 3350 Series Nylon Line Strainers work by filtering out debris that may be drawn into your pump. They are rated for 150 psi at 70° F and 100 psi at 125° F.

Install this line strainer / suction strainer on the pump's inlet side. It can be installed on either the discharge or inlet side of a centrifugal pump, but the strainer's pressure rating, flow capacity, and other installation factors must be considered.

Clean the strainer without removing it from the line by unscrewing the bowl from the cap, removing the screen, and flushing away any sediment. Fit the screen to the flange in the bowl and tighten to reassemble the strainer. NOTE: Do NOT use for fatigue-loading applications, such as water-softeners.
