ProductDescription : If you own a new 2023 or Newer Colorado or Canyon Crew Cab pickup, you already know that there isn't much room left over for subs. The space under the rear seat is very restrictive and doesn't allow for much in the way of subs to be installed underneath. But we managed to design a box to fit under the seat and squeeze a pair of shallow 10s in it (a Patented Design). We worked long and hard on this design to make it just perfect. When it comes to adding subs in this truck, it's all about sacrifices. Our dual box does require you to remove the plastic shield and support bar under the seat. But don't worry because the box is the perfect height and the front of the seat rests firmly on the box and locks into place like normal. Because of this, the box is actually held in place nicely by the seat. So if you want the biggest boom possible in your new truck, this is definitely the box for you. Please note that not every shallow sub is going to fit in this box. We will list some of the ones that will work. Please select on of these models to ensure compatibility. For 2023, our downfire boxes among some other minor changes, now come with a cover to hide the inverter module under the rear seat. The cover allows you to secure the module to the end of the box. For a stealth install, remove the sill trim and feed the inverter harness under the carpet. Make an incision near the end of the box. Feed the harness thru and re- connect the module and fasten to the end of the box for a seamless install.
