All needles are made of 304 stainless steel and fitted with American standard short female luer hubs of nickel-plated brass that meet ISO 594-2. They are also compliant with current EU RoHS directive 2011/65/EU. The short hub reduces the dead volume inherent in all American standard luer hubs. Needles are supplied with a 90-degree blunt tip.
