Each side of the vest's interior features a loop field for concealed holster attachment (not included) and two magazine pouches with Velcro closures, allowing it to work equally well for people who are right handed or left handed. While you could opt to carry two guns, the best set up is to wear the gun on your weak hand side to provide a smooth cross draw, and to store your magazines on the strong hand side, where you can access them without removing your gun hand from the firing position. This also provides two opposing weights that will spread the load out and make the vest appear equally weighted, which aids in concealability.
