                          Become a Gongfu Tea Ceremony Expert

 

1. Place one teaspoon of your favorite tea into a lidded Gaiwan.
2. Fill to the top with boiling water and close the lid. Follow the brewing time instructions for your specific tea.
3. Hold the outside rim of the Gaiwan with your thumb and middle finger. Use your index finger to hold the slightly opened lid in place, restricting the tea leaves inside the Gaiwan as you pour the tea liquor into two small cups.
