Q1: Need to turn on the spindle speed?
A1: Please do not, or it may cause measurement error.

Q2: Why is the concentricity different when the probe is installed?
A2: Because the low-accuracy spring collet can't guarantee 100% positive position. After each installation of the probe, even if the concentricity is adjusted to 10 μm, there will still be deviations when the probe is re-installed. So it is best to use a AAA /UP or higher accuracy ER spring collect (run-out tolerance <0.0002") for your chuck. It is recommended to use a high-precision gauge to check the concentricity after installing the chuck.

Q3: i need a NC touch probe, what should i do?
A3: we added the NPN-NC touch probe, you can buy the right wiring version for the machine now.

Q4: Does this touch probe work for the non-conductive material like acrylic?
A4: This is a mechanical probe, it identifies and transmits the signal by physical contact, do not worry about the conductivity of the material.
