Use Epoxy Thickener from Stone Coat Countertops to create dense, extra-thick epoxy that’s perfect for vertical use! Epoxy Thickener works great for showers, cabinets, counters, woodworking, art, and so many other projects! Simply mix it with your epoxy kit for amazing, long-lasting results!

Start out by mixing your epoxy resin and hardener. Carefully mix it with the Polyfiber to create a thick, goop like mixture of epoxy. Add enough Polyfiber to achieve your desired level of thickness, until it’s ready for bonding.

When thickening epoxy for vertical wall use, we thicken the epoxy at a 1:1 ratio. For example, 1 quart of Quick Coat epoxy = 1 quart of Polyfiber, etc.

When mixing thickened epoxy for use with seaming, we recommend keeping the 1:1 ratio the same, but the mixing can be adjusted based on your preference. Also great for sealing cracks in wood!
