Refill Kit for Tru-Flate 15-163 Emergency Tire Repair Kit. Refill kit includes 5 repair strings and .30 oz. tube of universal cement. For repair use on all bias-ply and non-speed rated radial tires. For safety reasons, a punctured tire should always be removed from the rim to allow inspection of the inner tire surface for hidden damage, that could cause the tire to fail unexpectedly.
