The difference between glossy film and matte film:
Appearance: There is a slight difference in frosting effect. The appearance of double-sided glossy film and matte film is not much different. The single-sided glossy film and matte surface are easier to distinguish
Usage: After the glossy film pattern is ironed, it needs to be completely cooled before the surface pet can be removed, while the matte film can be directly torn off the surface pet after ironing
Effect: After the glossy film is transferred, the color is bright and has a refractive effect, while the matte surface has different effects depending on the fabric, and the color brightness is slightly worse than the glossy film
Difference between double-sided and single-sided:
Appearance: Both sides of the double-sided printing surface are frosted and opaque, while the single-sided non-printing surface is smooth and shiny;
Composition: The front printing surface of the double-sided and single-sided The top is divided into 3 layers, the first layer is coated with a base layer (to ensure the printing surface is flat), the second layer is brushed with a release agent (for the glossy surface and matte surface), and the third layer is an ink-absorbing layer. The main difference between the double-sided and single-sided components is the back side. The non-printing side (back side) of the double-sided has a frosted layer, while the single-sided does not
Use: The double-sided has a frosted layer on the non-printing side, adding anti-slip and anti-static agents to facilitate the printing of single-sheet printing films of A4 and A3 sizes into the printer, while single-sided films are difficult to feed flat, and the double-sided and single-sided rolls are not affected
Machine parameters:
Printing parameters: Printing parameters, currently the DTF printer software program does not require customers to set according to the material situation, but can be uniformly set to ‘ The setting of 'white and color come out at the same time, color first and white later', the clarity of the printed pattern is related to the pixels of the picture; and the color display of the pattern requires the ink supplier to provide an icc curve document for adjustment
Ironing parameters: need to be confirmed together with the matching hot melt adhesive powder. The parameters that can be generally used in the market are 140-150℃ (284-302℉) for about 10-15 seconds
Product Usage Method (DTF Printer):
1. Select or design a high-definition quality picture and select the pattern mirror printing setting
2. Use a DTF printer loaded with DTF ink to print the pattern in a mirror
3. Before the ink on the surface of the material is dry, evenly spread the ink on the surface of the material with DTF powder, and remove the excess powder around the pattern
4. Put the material into the oven and bake the hot melt adhesive powder on the surface of the material to make it level, so as to facilitate subsequent storage and use
5. Place the processed material face up on a flat and tidy fabric surface, and then use a hot press to iron and transfer it
