ProductDescription : TRIAX HD Gear Premium GL-5 LS oils are premium quality, very high performance multi-purpose gear lubricants which provide outstanding overall gearbox longevity. Performance is obtained through the use of quality base oils and a select polysulfide extreme pressure additive system which is coupled with state of the art friction modifier additives. These additives impart anti-weld, anti-scuff, and anti-wear properties that are necessary in high quality heavy duty severe service gear lubricants. TRIAX gear oils provide excellent protection under the most severe conditions encountered in commercial transmissions, axles, and final drives. They are designed to be used in limited slip differentials. TRIAX HD Gear Oils are formulated with high top tier base oils and a state of the art additive package, with minimal use of viscosity improvers to protect the fluid from shear degradation which facilitates very long fluid and transmission life. These oils are exceptionally stable in high load, high torque conditions and contain advanced EP (Extreme Pressure) additives for exceptional anti-wear protection under both high and low speed conditions.
