1) IMPORTANT: Pillow size does not correlate to body type or clothing size. Choose one size smaller if you measure between two sizes or sleep on a soft surface such as a memory foam or pillow-top mattress. The most popular sizes are Average and Petite. Most adults may find the Petite size to be the most appropriate when combined with a pillow top mattress.
2) HOW TO SIZE: Measure from the side of your neck to the bony part of the shoulder, toward the end of your shoulder (see example in the images on the left). If you measure: 4" - 5" choose Petite if you measure 5" - 6" choose Average. IMPORTANT: if you have a soft mattress or pillow-top, choose the smaller size or the pillow will be too tall once your body sinks into the mattress. Pillow size does not correlate to body type or clothing size.
