The product can be easily brushed and tooled in order to match the original mark and give original equipment appearance to the seam.
BulletPoint2 : Polymix PX.4001 is suitable for seam sealing like welded seams, overlapping panels in all internal vehicle bodywork and painted sheet metals which includes the reproduction of original brush marks, simple and demanding bonding as well as for vibration reduction and sound deadening measures in car body repair and car body construction. Suitable substrates are metals, metal primers, paint coatings, and painted plastics.
BulletPoint3 : Features include a wide spectrum of adhesion, ability to withstand high dynamic stresses, permanent flexibility, sound dampening and vibration regulation properties, bonds and seals simultaneously, and is easily tooled, brushed, and smoother to recreate texture.
BulletPoint4 : During application the surfaces to be treated should be perfectly clean, dry and free from particles and grease. It is necessary to treat the bonding surface according to application guidelines. It is advisable to carry out preliminary adhesion tests on the support.
BulletPoint5 : Pierce through the protective membrane in the front threaded section. Screw on the plastic nozzle and cut it at an angle according to the desired bead thickness and profile. Tooling and finishing must be carried out within the tack-free time of the sealant.
