How to use:

- Place the coater on a perfectly flat test surface and adjust the clearance needed for the scraper to twice the thickness of the wet film you need.

- On the front of the coated knife, a small amount of test samples are poured between the end plates and the device moves on the surface at a low and even speed of about 1-cm per second until the liquid is completed. Coated and/or leftover liquid is removed from the end of the coated passes.

- The exact proportions of the thickness of the wet film to the clearance of a coated knife depends on the material used, the viscosity and texture of the liquid, the pressure applied to the coated knife, the speed of the coated film, and the geometry shape of the edges. Coated film

- Actual wet film must be measured with wet film thickness gauge and adjust the gap until it reaches the desired wet film thickness.

Maintenance and Maintenance:

- Clean equipment with appropriate solvent immediately after use.
