ProductDescription : The CG (commercial-grade) Hayes Digital Heating Tool is a 110V plastic pipe welder for socket fusion. It is suitable for joining a variety of thermoplastic pipes and fittings (up to 4 inches) for different applications in the industry. This machine can weld pipe made of Polyethylene (PE, HDPE, MDPE), Polypropylene (PPR), Polybutene (PB). The iron has a reinforce heat resistant aluminum plate to give optimal performance for heat preservation with a digital screen control to adjust the temperature for the most accurate heating temperature. The internal electric board delivers precise and sensitive heat transference between the outside heating plate and the digital board. It can adjust to the enviroment temperature in seconds and it also has an ergonomic handle for ease of use. You can switch the temperature mode between Fahrenheit and Celsius. This heating tool is designed and manufactured according to the American international standard ASTM F2620.
