1) In The Breeze Item #1079 - Rainbow Whirl 10-Panel Hot Air Balloon Ground Spinners are made with printed holographic reflective Mylar panels that are stain, UV and weather resistant.
2) The size is 12 inches wide by 42 inches high. The panels are supported with fiberglass. This helps maintains the balloon shape.
3) The balloon features a hub and axle system that allows for smooth revolutions and impressive durability. The top plastic hub and bottom plastic basket rotate around a fiberglass axle.
4) Hot air balloons ship flat and are easy to assemble. Just insert the 10 fiberglass rods into the top hub and the bottom basket. A 2-piece fiberglass pole, metal coupler and ground stake is included.
